I enjoy playing defense and goal with my friends, but my defense needs some work.

I have improved my defending in this area slightly. However, during the game, I can't break the play up before it reaches the goalie or the back of the net.

How do I defend a two-on-one? Are there areas I can improve in that would give me a better chance in defending such?

Welcome, I know you're pretty new here so I figured I'd explain the downvotes which you can see (and the close votes that you cannot). Your questions have been of generally low quality from what we expect here and do not provide anywhere near the detail required to provide a good an thorough answer. That means they are either going to get closed, downvoted to oblivion, or if someone takes pity on you, fixed and then answered. However, some effort on your part will go a long way. If you provide more detail your participation can be very welcome here. – wax eagle Aug 23 '12 at 13:03
