During the 2023 National League Division Series vs the Dodgers, Arizona's Gabriel Moreno hit a ball over the fence at Chase Field. The Dodgers challenged the home run call, and it was overturned, so Moreno had to go back to hit again and hit a home run into left field. I remember hearing it was the first time this had happened in the postseason (but word of mouth is sometimes unreliable). My real question is, how common is this, and how many times has it happened overall (regular and postseason.)

The only example of this that I can confirm is the 2023 NLDS Christian Walker example you listed. I'm sure there are more but I can't find them.
The closest things I can find were:
- The 2023 Jose Altuvé and 2022 Santiago Espianal home runs that were challenged and ruled an automatic double.
- Cody Bellinger once hit a home run but a baserunning mistake caused Justin Turner (on base at the time) to be called as out and Bellinger got a single instead.
According to a newer answer, it also happened in the 2023 season, on April 29 in Mexico City, Giants vs. Padres. Brandon Crawford hit what appeared to be a home run down the right field line, but upon review it was ruled a foul ball. He returned to the plate and hit the next pitch over the wall in left-center for the home run.
It happened in the 2023 regular season, on April 29 in Mexico City, Giants vs. Padres. In the top of the third inning, Brandon Crawford hit what appeared to be a home run down the right field line, but upon review it was ruled a foul ball. He returned to the plate and hit the next pitch over the wall in left-center for a 100% valid homer.
