  • What logo and manufacturing information is on the ball? That may reduce the timeframe, or create a not-before/not-after date. – Nij Jan 28 '17 at 7:14
  • These are always far too tough, unless you know the hints to look for. And I sure don't! Looks like since it's Selig, it's 1992-2015. Seems maybe there are i's (or j's??) in both first and last name due to dots. And looks most likely the second letter of the first name is r? And quite possibly a t at/near the end of the first name. So like a Bret or a Grant or something??? I tried searching baseball-reference.com/teams/SEA/2003.shtml (and a variety of nearby years by changing the year in the URL) for names that match, but had no luck. But maybe others see things that will help? – JeopardyTempest Jan 29 '17 at 5:17

Looks like Rick Rizzs, the radio announcer for the Mariners.

Can you perhaps show us where you get that from? Because I just don't see it :-/ – JeopardyTempest Nov 11 '17 at 11:25
  • I have to agree - not the best answer format but the autograph looks pretty similar. goo.gl/images/PrfCsE – Bryan Turriff Nov 13 '17 at 13:30
