More swimming, or alternative activities/sports for a junior competitive swimmer?
However, with swimming one can do much more training without getting injured because the swimming has less impact on muscles and bones. I would suggest trying it out and seeing whether she likes it. … If she does not then she can go back to her old routine of swimming and playing sports less competitivly. :) …
